Our highly anticipated Gym Development Competition is just around the corner, set to take place on the 10th of December at our O’Connor location – 352 South Street, O’Connor. Due to overwhelming demand in Term 2, we’ve added a fourth session to ensure every eager gymnast gets their chance to shine.

Mark your calendars and plan your day around the four exhilarating sessions:
- 8:30 am – 10:30 am
- 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Each session promises a showcase of talent and skill, creating an unforgettable experience for both participants and spectators alike.
🤸 The Thrill of Competition
Last semester’s competitions were a massive hit, with all sessions selling out quickly. This time, we’re raising the bar, offering an extra session to accommodate the enthusiastic response from our gymnastics community.
The Gym Development Competition is not just about medals and scores; it’s an opportunity for our gymnasts to demonstrate their incredible progress throughout the term. The friendly, supportive atmosphere allows them to experience the thrill of a competition while surrounded by familiar faces.
🗒️ On The Day
Gymnasts are welcome to wear their regular gym clothes, or if they have a leotard they’d like to show off – they are welcome to bring it! They should pack a water bottle, and we ask they take off any loose-fitting earrings (stud earrings are okay) or wrist-watches that may get caught on the equipment.
On the day, the gymnasts will enter on to the floor and will be organised into their respective levels. After a march on, they’ll show off their routines on the floor, vault, bars & beam. At the end, the gymnasts will be presented their medals as well as an opportunity for photos.
